David was a wonderful young man whose life was taken from him at the age of 22, just 13 days before his 23rd birthday. His murderer is serving a life sentence.

David was a very friendly, outgoing and likeable young man who had very many friends. He really loved and enjoyed life and he lived it to the fullest. He was always the first one to help others in need.

David was a volunteer Firefighter and a Medical First Responder. He had a natural talent and great love of being a Firefighter. He wanted to someday become a full time Firefighter and eventually become a Chief. As a certified scuba diver he had hoped to one day get on the Sheriff's dive team. He began firefighting at age of 18 and within the 5 years on the department he had received the"Outstanding Firefighter" of the year award twice.

David loved being with his friends, working and off-roading his 4x4, scuba diving, snowmobiling and singing karaoke. He was a really fun person to be around.

David, you are so missed greatly, our son, brother, step-brother, uncle, grandchild and friend. Life will never be the same without you in it and because we never got to say good-bye we think of you so often and begin to cry. For you dearest David will always be
